General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for Graphictek Solutions Print & Multi-Media Serv. – Online Print Shop
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers (consumers and businesses) via our online print shop https://www.graphicteksolutions.com. They regulate the contractual relationship between Graphictek Solutions (hereinafter “the Seller”) and the customer.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order via our online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods/services listed in their order.
The Seller may accept this offer by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods within 14 working days.
4. Products and Services
We offer printed products, including but not limited to flyers, business cards, posters, and customized print items.
Slight color deviations and minimal differences in material and format may occur due to production processes and are not grounds for complaint.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices stated on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT (if applicable) but exclude shipping costs.
Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc..
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract online check out unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are approximate. Delays due to production or supply chain issues do not entitle the customer to claim damages.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
7. Customer’s Obligations
Customers must ensure that uploaded files meet our print specifications.
The customer guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to use and reproduce any content submitted for printing and that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
8. Right of Withdrawal
(for consumers only)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to statutory regulations, unless the product is customized or made to the customer’s specifications, which are exempt under §312g (2) No. 1 BGB (or applicable law).
*All orders are final, and the only way to cancel is to immediately contact us right after placing the order before it is sent to production.
9. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
For businesses, warranty claims expire one year after delivery.
The Seller is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
10. Data Protection
We process customers’ personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [Privacy Policy – Graphictek Solutions].
Data is collected for contract processing, customer service, and marketing purposes.
11. Final Provisions
The law of [United States of America] applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is [United States of America].
